What is Baha1004?

Baha1004 (pronounced Baha Cheonsa) is a Bahamian owned online store specializing in authentic Korean skincare products. The name is a playful combination of numbers and language. In Korean, the numbers “1004” are pronounced as “cheon-sa” (천사), which also means “angel.” This creative play on words reflects the brand’s mission to bring fun to your skincare routine through high-quality and authentic Korean skincare  inspiring beauty, confidence, and selfcare.

Yes, we deliver to all islands in The Bahamas. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

All orders are prepared for next-day pickup or delivery to ensure everything is packed with care.

Pickups are handled at our designated business location (not a storefront), and delivery is available island-wide.
If you’re a returning customer or we’ve arranged something in advance, same-day pickup may be possible — just message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate

All Baha1004 products are sourced directly from South Korea and shipped  to The Bahamas. We do not use external third-party sellers like Amazon or Walmart—no resellers, no repackaged goods. Everything we offer comes from authorized Korean distributors to guarantee authentic formulations.
We never sell American reformulations. What you get is the real deal—just as it’s sold in South Korea.

Absolutely! All our products are sourced directly from South Korea  from reputable Korean brands and distributors to ensure authenticity and quality. Are inventory also comes with certification of authenticity.

Yes, all products sold by Baha 1004 are brand new and sourced directly from authorized Korean suppliers. However, on rare occasions, some parcels are opened by Bahamas Customs during import inspection. This may result in slight external packaging imperfections, such as damaged tape or seals. Rest assured, the actual products inside are untouched, unused, and remain in perfect condition. These items are safe, authentic, and sold at full price due to their uncompromised quality.

Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided at checkout.
